Refund policy

All 3rdGoat products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.
